Spinal stenosis |
Due
to the narrowness of spinal canal and intervertebral
foramina, in which the nerve root is existed,
pain occurs on backward-extension(slight
kyphosis). So these patients can walk a
certain distance and have to stop and bend
low back forward due to pain and weakness
of lower extremities. In spinal stenosis,
you may not expect full recovery from traction
by itself, however, the symptom can be decreased
with A-Belt(symptomatic treatment). Traction
and exercise of legs, abdominal and back
muscle can help these patients without furthermore
exacerbation. Of cause you can walk and

In
